We’re proud to share that we have been shortlisted for Crash Game of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA 2026 — one of the most prestigious honours in the industry.
The nomination celebrates Chicken X, our daring twist on the crash game format. By turning the genre sideways, we gave players something they didn’t expect: a story, a character, and a goal that’s as unpredictable as it is entertaining.
Rather than racing upward like a traditional crash game, Chicken X challenges players to guide Jack the Chicken across a busy road — collecting multipliers and balancing risk and reward, one step at a time. It’s chaotic, fun, and full of personality — a mix that’s helped Chicken X stand out in lobbies around the world. The simple yet thrilling mechanic, coupled with a cheeky personality, has turned Chicken X into one of the most recognisable crash games of the year.
Since launching in March 2025, Chicken X has recorded more than 16.9 million game rounds and over 145,000 active players, quickly becoming one of the most recognised crash titles of the year.
Thomas Nimstad, CEO of Million Games, commented:
“With Chicken X, we wanted to inject heart, humour, and a touch of chaos into the crash genre — and it’s amazing to see how players and partners embraced it. Being shortlisted for a Global Gaming Award is an incredible honour and a reminder of why we love doing what we do.”
The Global Gaming Awards, adjudicated independently by KPMG, celebrate excellence across all areas of the gaming industry. Winners will be announced on 19 January 2026 during ICE Barcelona.
